Board Chair

Nancy McIntire holds an undergraduate degree in Business and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, with concentrations in Marketing, Finance, and Statistics. Her professional background includes senior management experience in several Fortune 500 corporations.   

Kurt Cleveland is Director of Pre-construction at Austin Commercial, a construction management firm. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and lives in Austin with his wife Courtney and their two dogs, Sissy and Cricket.

Lynn Powell is retired Comptroller for a major newspaper.  She is currently active as a  therapy team volunteer and a service dog trainer.  
Kristina Elizondo is CEO of Connect Worldwide, Inc. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MA in Engineering and Technology, BS in Marketing and Data Processing and Analysis and a BS in Communications. 

Erika Simono is a former grade school teacher and educational consultant. She is currently retired and is active with Austin Dog Alliance as a therapy team and board member. She has a BS in Education from Western Illinois University.
Stacy Saxon is Senior Director of Marketing at Vaddio and has over 30 years of experience in marketing. She also owns a marketing consulting
business that specializes in start-up organizations. Stacy earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dr. Danielle Paglia, DVM is a canine eye specialist.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Biology from the University of Florida and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 from Mississippi State. 
Stephanie Renea is CEO and COO of DB Associates, Fairway Land, Ltd., and Bigglesworth Development LLC. She received a BA in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and an Art Therapist certification from the Vancouver Art Institute. 
Jeff Sloan is a Software Developer and Principal Engineer at Dell. Jeff has a Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from Southeastern University at Fort Lauderdale, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff enjoys volunteering with his pet therapy dog Chaucer.  
Andi Donner is a senior engineer at OriGen Biomedical and has over 14 years of engineering experience. She received her masters in Business Administration and Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler. She and her service dog Molly are very active as a pet therapy team with Austin Dog Alliance. 
Diane Smith spent 28 years serving in management and leadership roles for the State of Texas. She received her BS in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. Diane is very active in our community, volunteering her time with Austin Power Squadron, Drive and Senior NW.
